Platform Liability and Disclaimers
Platform Role and Responsibilities
Alludium Ltd operates the A2A Hub community as a hosting platform for user-generated content. We provide the technical infrastructure and moderation framework but do not:
Endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content
Guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or functionality of shared AI agents
Assume liability for damages caused by community-shared content or AI agents
Warrant that shared AI agents are free from defects, security vulnerabilities, or harmful behaviors
Exercise editorial control over user content (except for compliance and safety moderation)
User Responsibility and Liability
Users are solely responsible for:
All content they create, share, and distribute through the community
Ensuring their content and AI agents comply with applicable laws and regulations
Any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from their shared content or AI agents
Obtaining necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for their content
The behavior and outputs of AI agents they share with the community
Compliance with third-party AI model provider terms when creating shared agents
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLUDIUM LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
Use of community-shared content or AI agents
User interactions or disputes within the community
Technical failures or security breaches of shared AI agents
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities related to community participation
Third-party claims arising from user-generated content
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intermediary Service Provider Status
Alludium Ltd operates as an intermediary service provider under applicable laws including:
UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002
EU Digital Services Act (where applicable)
Other relevant intermediary liability frameworks
Safe Harbor Protections:
We do not have actual knowledge of illegal content until properly notified through our reporting procedures
Upon receiving valid notice of illegal content, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access
We implement notice and takedown procedures for reported violations
Users may submit counter-notifications for wrongful takedowns where appropriate

AI agents designed for prohibited purposes under EU AI Act (autonomous weapons, social scoring, etc.)
Biometric identification systems that violate privacy rights
AI systems that exploit vulnerabilities of children or disabled persons

Acknowledge and credit the work of others appropriately
Be patient and helpful when assisting community members

Alludium Ltd acts as data controller for:

Users act as data controllers for:
Personal data included in their shared content, AI agents, and posts
Any personal data processed by their shared AI agents
Data collection activities through their community interactions
Joint controller arrangements may apply for:

User Data Protection Obligations
When sharing content that contains or processes personal data, users must:
Ensure lawful basis for processing under GDPR/UK GDPR
Obtain necessary consents from data subjects where required

Comply with data protection by design and by default principles
For AI agents that process personal data, users must additionally:

Third-party models: Your use of third-party AI models through shared agents is subject to their respective terms and conditions
Platform IP Protection
Alludium Ltd retains exclusive ownership of:
All Alludium platform technology, algorithms, and infrastructure
Platform trademarks, logos, and brand elements
Community platform features, tools, and interfaces
Any improvements or derivatives of our proprietary technology
Users may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract platform technology
Use platform technology outside of authorized community features
Create competing services using platform-derived technology
Access platform APIs or systems beyond community functionality
Community Content Licensing
By sharing content in the community, users grant Alludium Ltd:
Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute content within the community
Right to create derivative works necessary for platform functionality (e.g., formatting, indexing)
Permission to use content in marketing materials with proper attribution
License that survives account termination for content that remains in community archives
Community members may use shared content for:
Learning and educational purposes
Building derivative works (with proper attribution to original creator)
Non-commercial experimentation and development
Research and academic purposes
Commercial use restrictions:
Commercial use of community-shared content requires explicit permission from the original creator
Users must respect any licensing terms specified by content creators
Platform reserves the right to terminate commercial use that violates community standards
DMCA Compliance and Copyright Protection
Copyright Infringement Reporting: If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed in the A2A Hub community, please send a DMCA takedown notice to: DMCA@alludium.ai
Required DMCA Notice Elements:
Physical or electronic signature of copyright owner or authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location in the community
Contact information for the complaining party (address, phone, email)

DMCA Response Procedures:

Users with multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts suspended or terminated
Three verified copyright infringement incidents may result in permanent account termination
Appeals for wrongful repeat infringer designation are available through our support system
